Preamble

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) apply to any person accessing the website, whether as a simple visitor or as a Customer who has purchased a course.

The term “User” refers to any person browsing the website.
The term “Customer” refers to a User who has made a purchase.

In the event of any contradiction with the Terms and Conditions of Sale, the latter shall prevail for contractual aspects relating to the sale.

These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of translation, only the French version shall prevail.

The purchase of courses offered on the website is reserved for individuals who are legally adults and have the legal capacity to contract, or their legal representatives.

Minors may access and use the content under the responsibility and supervision of a legal representative who has made the purchase.

Article 1 — Access to the Website

The website is accessible to any User with an Internet connection.

The Publisher may suspend or interrupt access to the website for maintenance, updates, or technical developments.

Website features may evolve at any time.

Article 2 — User’s Technical Responsibility

The User is responsible for:

  • The security of their computer equipment
  • Keeping their software up to date
  • Installing antivirus software and appropriate protection systems
  • Securing their Internet connection

The Publisher shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from defective or insufficiently secured equipment.

Article 3 — User Account

Access to restricted content requires the creation of a personal and individual user account.

The User undertakes to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
  • Not share their account

Access to the account is limited to a maximum of two (2) simultaneous active sessions.

Any attempt to bypass technical limitations may result in immediate suspension.

Article 4 — Authorized Use

The User is granted a strictly personal right of use.

  • Record or broadcast the videos
  • Share login credentials
  • Mass-extract data
  • Use automated systems (bots, scraping, data extraction)
  • Attempt reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized technical analysis

Any unauthorized reproduction may give rise to civil and criminal proceedings.

Article 5 — Links to Third-Party Websites

The website may contain links to third-party websites.

The Publisher has no control over these websites and shall not be held responsible for their content or operation.

Article 6 — Suspension and Termination

In the event of a serious breach of the Terms of Use or the Terms and Conditions of Sale:

  • Immediate suspension may occur.

In the event of a minor breach:

  • A prior warning may be issued.

In the event of non-payment or payment irregularities, access may be suspended until the situation is regularized.

The Publisher may delete an account in the event of prolonged inactivity exceeding five (5) years.

The fact that the Publisher does not immediately sanction a breach shall not constitute a waiver of the right to do so later.

Article 7 — Third-Party Content

Some resources may originate from third-party organizations (NASA, ESA, ESO, Stellarium, Pexels, etc.).

These organizations are neither partners nor affiliates of the Publisher.

Their use complies with the applicable licenses.

Article 8 — Liability

The Publisher shall not be held liable for:

  • Temporary interruptions of the website
  • Improper use of the website
  • Incompatible hardware or software
  • Internet network failures

Article 9 — Personal Data

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 10 — Electronic Evidence

Computerized records stored in the Publisher’s systems shall constitute valid evidence of the operations carried out.

Article 11 — Partial Invalidity

If any clause of these Terms of Use is declared invalid, the remaining clauses shall remain applicable.
